Building workplaces where people thrive

With experience spanning legal analysis, executive support, programme management, and HR business partnering at organisations including Amazon, Acciona, and Watson Farley & Williams, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to people operations.

My career has been defined by one thread: understanding what people need to do their best work, and building the systems, policies, and culture to make that possible. From designing inclusion surveys reaching 12,000 employees to facilitating senior leadership talent reviews, I operate at the intersection of data, compliance, and human connection.

Inclusion is not an initiative. It is the foundation on which effective teams, fair systems, and sustainable performance are built.

Today, as an International HR Partner, I advise on complex employee relations, cross-cultural team dynamics, and organisational compliance — translating policy into practice and data into decisions.

What I do

Employee Relations

Complex workplace investigations, conflict de-escalation, and strategic coaching for leaders navigating sensitive collaborative concerns in cross-cultural teams.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

End-to-end programme design and deployment: gender equity strategies, representation analytics, inclusion surveys, and senior leadership training across international operations.

Compliance & Policy

Interpreting and monitoring compliance with internal policies, international labour standards, and local employment legislation. Procedural fairness in talent reviews and performance management.

People Analytics

Setting success metrics, monitoring representation data, and translating complex organisational health data into actionable narratives for diverse audiences and business reviews.

Training & Facilitation

Content architect and lead facilitator for critical inclusion and compliance training programmes. Designing curricula that shift behaviour at the senior leadership level.

Programme Management

Unsupervised end-to-end programme development and deployment, from organisational surveys reaching thousands of employees to leadership alignment events and strategic change initiatives.
